Sarita Skidmore Sarita Skidmore has a broadly based background in planning and strategy for the travel and tourism industry. She has consulted to hotels, destinations, airlines, and other travel providers on marketing strategies and business development programs. Sarita is a frequently invited speaker on travel marketing and trends at industry conferences. She has served on the advisory council of the World Tourism Organization (WTO), as a Director of the Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA), and as a member of the Research Authority of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA). Before establishing MCG, Sarita was Senior Planning Economist and Manager of Tourism Research at SRI International, where, over a 13 year period, she directed a number of travel, leisure and entertainment, and land use studies. Sarita holds an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Urban Planning) from Stanford University; her undergraduate studies were at the University of Havana, Cuba; Columbia University; and La Sorbonne. She speaks Spanish, French, and Italian.
