Duane Coughlan Duane Coughlan is an experienced and well-respected researcher to the travel and tourism industry. He has conducted wide-ranging assessments and evaluations of market conditions for destinations and travel providers. Duane's project management skills, include methodological and questionnaire design, data analysis, and report writing. Before joining Menlo Consulting Group in 2000, Duane served as Deputy Director of the Center for Tourism Research and Principal Investigator for the Cooperative Research Center (CRC) for Sustainable Tourism, both in Canberra, Australia. Duane holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Tourism from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is a frequent presenter at travel and tourism industry conferences.
